You installed a gas fired tankless heater in 2006 and we have had, as you promised, an endless supply of hot water whenever we demanded it. No matter how much hot water we require it is supplied with no problems. When I say “no problems” I mean it!
With your regular service visits for the flushing of the unit we have experienced no problems of any kind. We have had large gas charge savings because we no longer have to heat all that water sitting in the hot water tank .
Another saving is that we can now use the space that was reserved for the old hot water tank for other purposes…..it’s gone.
Again, let me say thank you for the installation; fine, quick service; and the considerable saving over the five years.
